My new website went live today. It is a work in progress.

I will gradually be adding information about my three areas of research:

1. Philosophical Community of Inquiry for High School students

2. An organizational development 'Framework for Powerful Learning' to strengthen the learning culture of a class, year level, sub-school, or school

3. Listening and learning in open learning spaces

4. The effectiveness of training teachers in peer coaching and Community of Inquiry concurrently
